Asia and Africa rounds of the FDI Moot Court 2022
In August and September 2022, Anastasiya Ugale presided over a number of regional Asia and Africa arbitration panels in the Foreign Direct Investment Moot Court 2022 competition. Anastasiya is grateful to her co-panelists for sharing their insights and to the participants of the regional rounds for their hard work, oral advocacy and interest in international dispute resolution.
