Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration
On 8 July 2020, Anastasiya Ugale attended Jus Mundi’s webinar titled “Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration” organized as part of the Paris Arbitration Week. Anastasiya moderated a panel titled “Outlining & resolving challenges raised by conflicts of interest in arbitration”. Experienced speakers, including Arne Fuchs (McDermott Will & Emery), Andrea Lapunzhina Veronelli (PCA) and Natalia Petrik (Legal Counsel, SCC), shared their insight on the conflicts of interest in arbitration and the role of arbitral institutions in resolving arbitrator challenges.
